Shipping and Delivery Policy

Welcome to Minimal Strive. Thank you for choosing our made-to-order apparel. We are committed to delivering your quality items to you safely and efficiently. By placing an order, you agree to the following shipping terms.

1. Our Made-to-Order Process (Processing Time)

Because our clothing is made-to-order, we do not carry pre-printed stock. Your item is created specifically for you only after you place your order and, if it’s a COD order, after it is confirmed.

Order Confirmation (COD): If you choose Cash on Delivery (COD), your order will only be processed after you confirm it via the automated WhatsApp message we send you. Prepaid orders are processed immediately.

Processing Time: It typically takes 2 to 5 business days for us to print, inspect, and package your apparel.

2. Total Delivery Timeline

Once your order is processed, it is handed over to our reliable courier partners (e.g., Delhivery, Ecom Express, Bluedart Surface).

Total Expected Timeline: We aim to deliver all domestic orders (Pan-India) within 5 to 10 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Please Note: "Business Days" refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

At Minimal Strive, we believe in straightforward pricing. We are pleased to offer FREE Shipping across India on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. The price you see on the product page is the final price you pay.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your package is dispatched, you will automatically receive an email and/or SMS from us containing your tracking number and a link to trace your shipment in real-time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the courier partner.

5. Delayed or Lost Packages

While we strive to meet our 10-day goal, external factors like severe weather, courier service strikes, global pandemics, or logistical difficulties in remote areas might cause delays. Minimal Strive is not legally responsible for such delays but will assist you fully in resolving delivery issues with the courier.

If an item is lost in transit, as confirmed by the courier partner, we will arrange for a free replacement to be sent to you. We do not offer refunds for delivery delays.

6. Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate, functional delivery address, including pincode, and a valid phone number. We cannot redirect shipments once they leave our fulfillment center. If an order is returned to us (RTO) due to an incorrect address or refusal at the door, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
